founded in 1912, EHCA is a private, non-profit, multi-faceted organization offering both residential and community-based supports to children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Since its humble beginnings as a temporary home for needy infants, the agency has evolved into 16 community homes providing specialized residential care for children and adults. We also offer community-based support services for individuals who live on their own or families who wish to keep their children at home.
Throughout the years our goals have grown yet our mission remains the same: to assist people with disabilities to live rich and fulfilling lives.
